Description

The sunflower is the national flower of Ukraine so it seemed fitting that this design was to be a fundraising hat to help the children affected by the war in Ukraine.

This gorgeous hat features a stunning sunflower print on outside and a brown and white floral dot print on the inner brim. Both prints are designed in Melbourne by artist Jacinta Weir from Two Little Ducklings.

The wide brim ensures excellent coverage and sun protection, with specific measurements for each size: S (6cm), M (6.5cm), L (7cm), XL (7.5cm).

Crafted from lightweight and breathable 100% cotton, this hat provides comfort for all-day wear. The lining is also 100% cotton, ensuring heat is not trapped beneath a polyester lining.

Tested and certified for maximum UV Protection UPF50 (blocking 99% of UVA/UVB) in accordance with the Australian Standard AS 4399, this sunhat is both stylish and protective.

All Acorn's profits from the sale of this hat are being donated to UNICEF Australia's Ukraine Appeal. A donation of $2,945.00 has been made in May 2023 and a final donation will be made once the remaining hats online have been purchased, so please help us support children and families living with the devastation of war.
